The Problem
A shooter who wins matches is not automatically a shooter who can teach. Execution and transmission are different skills. The Program's competitive edge depends on execution, but its revenue (Tier 1 and Tier 2) and its internal development (onboarding new Tier 3 members) both depend on transmission.
